Personal data processing consent

By submitting a website form, the user freely and voluntarily consents to PARTNER COMPANY LLC processing the personal data they provide to respond to the enquiry, prepare an estimate or quotation and communicate further about the request.

Consent covers data users provide in website forms: name, phone number, email, company, enquiry text, selected equipment and estimate parameters.

If a user separately opts in to a service SMS when requesting a quotation, their phone number may be used once to notify them that the quotation has been sent to the specified email address. This service notification is not used for advertising.

The data controller may perform operations necessary for these purposes: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, restriction and deletion.

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise required by law. Withdrawal requests may be sent to partner_company@internet.ru .
